Pro trial
Eligible new subscribers can start a 30-day Pro trial. A payment card is required. After the trial, Pro renews at $30/month unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Free is a separate plan that you can use without a payment card. Open Settings → Plans to see the trial offer available to your account, your current plan, and your billing dates.
Enterprise. Prem has attained SOC 2 Type II. Review the current security posture.
What's in every plan
Free, Plus, and Pro share the core workspace features. Your plan determines your weekly usage allowance and access to confidential mode.
- Chat and workspace tools. Projects, memory, tasks, connected apps, skills, and document creation.
- Agents (Beta). Use saved setups for repeatable work. Agent runs use your plan's allowance. See Agents.
- Open-source models only. All Fluso features use open-source models.
- European hosting. GDPR-aligned by default.
- Your data is yours. Nothing trains shared models.

Weekly usage
Free and Plus usage resets every seven days from when you signed up. Open Settings → Plans to see your usage bar and next reset date. The allowance measures tokens used by model requests, so a long conversation or an Agent run can use more than a short message.
If you reach your allowance, wait for the next reset or upgrade your plan to continue. Your existing files and conversations remain available. Pro has no weekly token quota; storage, service availability, and operational limits still apply.

What models does Fluso use?
Fluso uses only open-source models across all features.
Where is my data stored?
Fluso Cloud stores workspace data in the EU by default. Model inference and connected-App processing have their own provider boundaries. Enterprise customers can scope alternative data residency. Your data is never used to train shared models. See Legal for Fluso's privacy policy.
Plus vs Pro: when is Pro worth it?
Plus costs $10/month and gives you 10 times the weekly usage allowance of Free. Pro costs $30/month, removes the weekly token limit, and includes confidential mode. Choose Pro if you need more usage than Plus or want confidential inference.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Open Settings → Plans to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. Upgrades take effect immediately. Paid-plan downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Review the amount and effective date shown before confirming a change.
What is confidential mode?
Pro includes model inference inside a hardware-isolated enclave. The Fluso runtime and connected apps have separate processing boundaries. See Confidential mode for how it works and what it protects.
Enterprise security?
Custom data retention is part of the Enterprise scope. Governance records persist the configured identity and access history, but Microsoft Entra metadata does not verify a directory or provide SSO by itself. Prem has attained SOC 2 Type II. Review the current security posture.
Custom skills?
You can create workspace skills on Free, Plus, and Pro. See Skills. Custom skills built with the Fluso team can be scoped as part of an Enterprise engagement.
