Find people you know
Build a contact map you can search, correct, and keep up to date.
You remember talking to someone at a company, but cannot remember who. A contact map can help you find that connection.
An Agent can build one from your email and give you a page to search. This is a file it creates for you, separate from Fluso's own memory.
Build a useful first version
Connect Google Workspace. Give the Agent Read only access if you only want it to read mail.
Describe the job:
"Help me find people I've spoken with. Build a searchable contact map from my email, grouped by company. Show where each detail came from. Leave anything you don't know blank."
Start with recent mail:
"Use the last month first. Give me a page where I can search by name or company. Tell me what you've covered so far."
Open the page it returns. Search for someone you know and check their details against the source email.
Ask a question that matters to you
"Who do I know at this company? Show our recent conversations so I can decide who to contact."
Or:
"Which of these people are based in Berlin? Keep confirmed locations separate from guesses."
A person's employer does not prove where they live. Similar names do not prove two records are the same person.
Correct the map in the same conversation. Ask Manager to save rules that should guide future research.
Add to it over time
A large mailbox can take more than one run:
"Add the previous month's mail next. Keep the contacts you've already found. Save your progress and tell me what's still left."
Ask for the underlying data as well as the page, so the Agent can improve the same map later.
When the initial review is useful:
"Every morning at 8 AM, add anything new since your last completed check. Keep the earlier contacts and give me a short note about what changed."
Check that the routine exists and uses the right timezone. A refresh mentioned in the instructions is not yet a scheduled task.
Add information from public profiles
With a web-search connection, you can ask for a focused check:
"Look for public profiles for these five contacts. Match the name and company. If a match is uncertain, leave it for me to review."
Names and search terms go to that service. Choose which contacts you want researched.
The Agent may use a separate session for this work. It still needs to check the findings before adding them to your map.
Recover after an incomplete run
Ask it to read the saved progress before continuing. Open the latest files to see what they contain.
A failed request may still have saved useful work. Repeated attempts will not fix missing access or a fixed limit on that run.
